F-Series
Fabco-Air F Series pneumatic cylinders are designed for light-duty applications where space is limited and reliable performance matters. These compact air cylinders are commonly used in automation systems, packaging equipment, and industrial machinery.
Built with stainless steel components and durable internal construction, F Series cylinders are designed for dependable operation and long service life in demanding environments.
With multiple bore sizes and stroke lengths available, F Series cylinders are also directly interchangeable, making replacements and system upgrades easier.
Pancake® II
Fabco-Air Pancake II cylinders are designed for applications where space is limited but dependable pneumatic motion is still critical. These compact air cylinders are commonly used in automation systems, assembly equipment, and industrial machinery requiring short-stroke motion control.
Built with high-strength aluminum construction and stainless steel piston rods, Pancake II cylinders are designed for reliable performance, repeatable operation, and long service life in demanding industrial environments.

OEM NFPA FCQN Series
NFPA pneumatic cylinders combine rugged construction and versatility. Available in a variety of versions and 17 mounting styles, these interchangeable NFPA cylinders allow users to directly replace other manufacturers’ NFPA units of the same type and dimensions for greater design freedom. The cylinder tube is built with a high-strength aluminum barrel, and users can also choose all-stainless steel, tandem, three-position and back-to-back models.
Featuring many rugged construction elements, these NFPA-standard cylinders deliver high performance and stand up to harsh environments. Their sturdy aluminum bodies have a 60-Rc inner diameter hard anodized coating that actually impregnates the base material for added strength and surface protection. The steel tie rods are rated to 100,000 psi for maximum holding power, and an extra-long rod bearing made from a nonmetallic composite supports heavy loads while withstanding wear to ensure a long cycle life. A solid yet lightweight aluminum alloy piston includes a wide graphite-filled PTFE wear band to provide reliable performance under maximum load conditions. Each pneumatic NFPA cylinder comes pre-lubricated with Magnalube-G® grease for long life.
Multi-Power®
Multi-Power® actuators are an ideal choice when you need tremendous thrust from a modest amount of shop air. Designed with multiple pistons connected to a single rod, they provide greater force output while taking up less space than conventional cylinders with larger bores. Not only do they provide impressive thrust in a compact size, they use a mere 100 psi of shop air and do not require a high-pressure hydraulic system. And Multi-Power actuators require only one piston for the return stroke, economizing air volume.
Additional features include a clear-anodized aluminum outer diameter and a hard-anodized aluminum inner diameter, hard chrome-plated stainless steel piston rods to ensure reliable operation and pre-lubrication with Magnalube-G® grease for long life. Multi-Power air cylinders come in 10 bore sizes from 1 ⅛ to 12 inches, a choice of two, three or four stages and are available with strokes up to 12 inches.
